All PAFE grant applications need to be submitted through Google Forms.
The PAFE 2021 Grant Award Application is closed
Since you are unable to save your work on Google Forms, we have provided a link that lists all the questions on the official application form. Please use this document to prepare your answers then simply transfer your answers to the Google Forms application and press submit. A copy of your application will be automatically sent to the email address that you provide.
Be prepared to upload a project budget on question 5 of the Project Narrative section. A sample budget is shown in the question. Identify items that will be purchased and describe how the requested money will be used. Include only as much detail as is necessary. Include any anticipated funding or in-kind services from other sources. For technology, include costs for replacement parts and installation. If you are requesting stipends or other forms of financial payment to school employees, you must include the cost of benefits and taxes. Contact Lisa Hals, LPOSD Business Manager, for appropriate rates. All stipends will be paid through the LPOSD Business Office.
