Stephanie Wall

Stephanie Wall is a Senior Vice President and the Senior Philanthropy & Community Impact
Manager for Wells Fargo’s Pacific Mountain Desert, which includes Alaska, Arizona, Colorado,
Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, Wyoming and Utah.

As Philanthropy & Community Impact Manager, Ms. Wall has the responsibility across a broad
geography for the local delivery of products and services created by several Wells Fargo groups
including community development lending & investment, community development,
philanthropy and volunteer teams.

Ms. Wall joined Wells Fargo in 2008 from United States Trust Company/Bank of America
where she was the Corporate CRA officer. She previously served as the Corporate CRA officer
and Trust Compliance Officer for MetLife Bank, and was Executive Director of the Kidsbridge
Children’s Cultural Museum.

Ms. Wall also served the State of New Jersey as part of Governor Christie Whitman’s Urban
Initiative, securing government and private funding for comprehensive revitalization efforts in
New Jersey’s urban centers. Additionally, Ms. Wall held senior positions in the New Jersey
Housing & Mortgage Finance Agency, the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs and
the New Jersey Department of Banking.

Ms. Wall received her Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing from
the Marymount University, Arlington, VA.  Ms. Wall received certification in Community
Development Finance from the San Francisco Federal Reserve in 2012.

Active in the community, Ms. Wall recently chaired the local advisory board of LISC (Local
Initiative Support Corporation), and served on the board of the Regional Business Assistance
Corporation (RBAC) serving as board chair and as a member of the executive committee.
Currently, Ms. Wall serves as the board chair and a member of the executive committee for
Career Path Services.
