Shanna Noble grew up in Kingston, New York, where she was actively involved in after‑school programs, sports, and dance. Her early passion for learning and well‑rounded extracurricular experiences helped shape her into a lifelong learner and community‑minded professional. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Iona College and later completed a Master of Business Administration from SUNY New Paltz. Shanna began her career in accounting and business roles within higher education, building a strong foundation in finance and organizational operations.

In 2015, Shanna moved to Sandpoint, Idaho with her husband, Eric, a graduate of the Lake Pend Oreille School District. She joined Mountain West Bank in 2018, starting as an analyst and advancing to portfolio manager and relationship manager. In her current role, Shanna partners with both new and existing businesses, helping them secure financing solutions that support growth and long‑term success. She brings the same thoughtful, client‑focused approach to her community involvement through volunteering with local organizations.

Shanna and Eric are focused on raising their two boys and spending time together as a family. They are excited for their children to grow up and be educated within the Lake Pend Oreille School District.
