Nicole grew up in the Seattle area and attended Washington State University graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. During college she met her husband Brent and they moved to Denver, CO then Portland, OR before moving to Sandpoint in 2005. Nicole began working for Lake Pend Oreille School District as a school nurse. It was during this time that she began to appreciate what a difference PAFE made in the schools and the effects it has on our community. Nicole and her husband have owned two businesses in Sandpoint and found ways to contribute back to PAFE as much and as often as they could. She takes great pleasure in her new roll as Director of Events. Her long standing history with PAFE, connections within the community and passion for putting together a great get together big or small, makes her an excellent asset to the team.
Nicole has two sons who have the fortunate fate of being born and raised in Sandpoint. Both have thoroughly enjoyed their public school education and stay busy with sports and activities. In her spare time, Nicole can be found at her children’s sporting events, hiking with her two dogs, enjoying all the great outdoors this area has to offer or curled up with a good book.
