Naticia Litven, a 1991 Central Washington University graduate, has lived in Sandpoint since 2002 with her husband, Bob Klatt. She has been an elementary school teacher in the Lake Pend Oreille School District since moving here. Previously she taught for 11 years in the Highline School District in Seattle. During her teaching career she has spearheaded school programs such as Bicycle Safety/Bicycle Rodeo Day, Rallyball Tennis, Math Club and Science Club. She is passionate about serving on the board of the Panhandle Alliance for Education because of programs like these, which Panhandle Alliance helps to support through teacher grants.

In her spare time Naticia competes in sanctioned tennis tournaments throughout the Northwest and can be found skiing Schweitzer Mountain’s bowls on weekends during the winter months.
